Ballet classes are a type of dance class that focuses on the techniques and movements of classical ballet. They typically involve learning and practicing various steps, positions, and movements, as well as working on posture, alignment, and grace. Ballet classes can be taken by people of all ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced dancers.
Ballet classes are taught by experienced and trained dance teachers and they follow a structured curriculum. They can be taken both in group and private lessons and involve practicing in our dance room with a barre, mirrors, and the appropriate flooring.
In a beginner ballet class, students will learn the basics of ballet technique, including positions of the feet, arms, and body, as well as simple steps and movements.
As they progress, they will learn more advanced techniques and combinations.
Whether you are looking to improve your posture, gain fitness, or pursue a career in dance, taking ballet classes can be a rewarding experience.

Ballet competition preparation
Our school participates in local dance competitions and to international dance contests.
Ballet competition preparation can be a fantastic opportunity for students to showcase their skills, gain experience in performance, and receive recognition for their achievements.
In preparation for a ballet competition, students typically receive additional training and coaching to refine their technique and performance skills. We work on specific pieces, exercises, and combinations, as well as receive guidance on stage presence, musicality, and artistry.
Although we support the participation in competitions, we focus more on technique and learning. If students are not ready or fully prepared and confident for a dance competition, then we do not suggest their participation.
Participation in unique and original shows
A dance student of musicNart gets the opportunity to take part in memorable, enjoyable, original shows that incorporate different dance styles but also theatre. Our dance department always collaborates with the musical theatre and music department in our shows. This results to diverse, exciting, unique and multidisciplinary performances. In the process of building our dance shows we always experiment new ideas, we are not afraid to take risks and we think outside the box.
Overall, participating in our shows can be a fun and rewarding experience for our students, providing them with a range of physical, mental, and social benefits that can help them grow and develop as individuals.
